Works well and effective
I have the collar to use with the Paws Away rock wireless barrier except I need two to cover the area needed and had to install a wire to extend the barrier for about 70 feet. The collar works along the full length of the wire as well as the stand alone rock. I only had to introduce my pup to the barrier field once. She hears the beep and knows to stay away so she doesn’t get a electrical stimulation . Warning. Will not work on most cats
The electrodes on the collar must be in direct contact with your cat's skin. Most cats have too much fur for contact, let alone the continuous contact needed to be effective. I have a short hair and a long hair cat. After many attempts to tighten the collar and readjust it, I had to give up. Wotks better on dogs than cats
I have this product to keep my cats from goung out the doggy door and to keep my dogs from jumping on you as soon come thru the front door. It works wonderfully for the dogs. The collars were much to large for the cats, but with a lot of adjustment it did manage to keep 2 out of the 3 cats in. So overall, it works really well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Gets the job done
The receiver needs to be placed in just the right spot, but once in place it works well. We bought this to keep our dog from going down the stairs and out the door. After training her for a couple days, she caught on and no longer goes down the stairs.
