      Vitamin K2 heavyweight prevents fractures

      Some say this dosage of vitamin K at 45mg is an overdose. Japanese research has found it prevents fractures from osteoporosis, and only in this form of the vitamin, and this dosage. Having this disease, and risking fractures, that would be a big plus over conventional drugs. I don’t have any objective way of knowing, the next bone density test should tell me.
