I ran a few commands and found out my battery only had 38 cycles. Had to set up a few things to my liking, also I received one of the models where you can’t change the audio format BUT there were other things I could work around to fix the Elitebooks known audio issues (crackling and audio buffering) . Also 260?? This was a 1300 computer new a couple years ago. Great value. Appearance was great!

I contacted the seller and they responded to me promptly. We agreed on a replacement instead of a return. They sent a detailed description of the replacement process and everything went very smoothly. I do not fault them for the faulty first computer, stuff happens. I do appreciate the clear communication and fast turnaround. Great computer. quite, fast and easy to use. Good price. Excellent condition.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
