I sent multiple messages asking about the shipping delay and didn't receive a response to any. Why the delay?? At least respond. Furthermore, the item is not in excellent condition as stated on the auction page. There are marks and stains on the suede. Purse was shipped in a plastic bag; it should have been shipped in a box for protection. In reviewing other buyers' feedback, others have had similar experiences. Buyer beware!
