    The tailgate I bought arrived with more damage than the listing described, likely from shipping. I requested a partial refund for the repair costs, but the seller insisted I return the entire item. I'd already installed it and scrapped my old one. The seller stopped responding, and eBay couldn't help. I will rethink purchasing anything from this seller or ebay in the future.

I was send pictures once repairs were started and have pictures of the item not damaged when being packed. I wish this could have been resolved again im sorry you are unhappy.

    Stay with Ford Motorcraft parts all the way. My research showed lots of look a likes on the web, which is probably sourced in China. Try and match the OEM 100%.

    Everyone told me to buy the genuine Motorcraft coils. I can’t prove they are worth the extra $$$$. However, they made a huge difference in the performance of my Expedition. Mileage is up close to 2 MPG. Well it is after I let my right foot enjoy the new juice for the first day or two. I had changed the plugs at 115k miles and improvement was modest. At 117k miles I put the new coils in. Should have done this 10-15k miles ago. I will say removing the rear coils was much easier this time but wish I had changed coils at same time as plugs and just done this PITA job once.
