It has been a disaster with computers arriving with incorrect memory (8, 12, or 16GB), not the 32GB advertised. Computers have come with older processors. One computer came with an 8th generation processor. For the incorrect memory, they issued a $50 partial refund. It costs more than that to buy the correct memory, then I have to upgrade it myself. It arrived in a large enough box to protect it from bump damage, as it was centered in the shipping box with heavy duty bubble wrap on each end. The screen was protected by a sheet of cardboard. The Monitor is best described as "Like New" in condition, and appearance. For a gaming monitor the quality of it along with the price made it a very good buy. The best part was turning it on.
