It has been a disaster with computers arriving with incorrect memory (8, 12, or 16GB), not the 32GB advertised. Computers have come with older processors. One computer came with an 8th generation processor. For the incorrect memory, they issued a $50 partial refund. It costs more than that to buy the correct memory, then I have to upgrade it myself.
