Developed by Microsoft, it is part of the popular Zoo Tycoon simulation series, suitable for players aged 10 and above. This 2-disc set offers an immersive experience in managing and creating your own zoo, providing care for a variety of animals and designing interactive exhibits for visitors. With this collection, players can enjoy an expanded selection of features and options to enhance their zoo management experience. Zoo Tycoon 2: Zookeeper Collection features Zoo Tycoon 2, Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species, and Zoo Tycoon 2: African Adventure bundled into one package. <br><br>In Zoo Tycoon 2, virtual zookeepers care for exotic animals and the people who come to visit them. While players can still take an encompassing top-down view of their parks, they now can also zoom in, following behind individual patrons as they explore the zoo, or give up-close and personal attention to an animal in need. As in earlier versions of Zoo Tycoon, creating good habitats to house the animals will be central to a zoo's success, and players can consult detailed, in-game information about each species they are considering adopting. Then, as in the first game, they can then modify the climate and elevation of land on their lot, to create ideal conditions for the new animals they plan to bring in.<br><br>Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species allows virtual keepers to add a new selection of rare and endangered creatures to their desktop menageries. Animals such as the Javan rhinoceros, crested gibbon, and Galapagos giant tortoise are now available for adoption, and players can set up habitats with a variety of plants, food, and amenities that make the new addition feel right at home. Having endangered babies increases the fame of your zoo and is the goal in a variety of the missions and campaigns. The add-on also enhances the zoo guests' reactions to their park experiences, and features "deviant animal behaviors" designed to keep even the most proficient players busy.<br><br>The Zoo Tycoon 2: African Adventure expansion pack adds 20 new animals, including the meerkat, white rhino, and striped hyena to the animal collection. Play new maps based on legendary African locations, and enjoy new buildings, objects, gift items, and desert theme pack, as well as animal print paint jobs for the Jeep Commander. Gamers can now watch predator packs attack prey and animals gather in herds (which before was usually something to avoid!).Product Identifiers

Great game but won't run properly
I have always loved this game. I finally decided to get myself a copy to download onto my computer. It starts up fine but after a few minutes it crashes. I guess cause of how old it is the game doesn't run properly using Windows 10. I've tried different suggested ways to fix the issue but nothing seemed to work.
