The appearance of the phone is flawless. No scratches, no marks. The only issue I have is the battery. The phone came with the battery at 77% health. So it heats up quick. I updated to the current version of iOS. That fixed a lot of the heating issues but it still does it a little. Overall it has been a good phone so far.
