Costly and Kludgy
My goal was to use this with Dragon for Mac. It works only OK. Wireless operation is convenient, but with accuracy about the same or slightly worse than my Jabra wired microphone, it's 4 times the cost. Problems? 1) Unless the microphone is stored in its charger, the battery runs down to zero overnight. They used to supply an on/off switch on the battery which would have conserved charge, but stopped production of those several years ago. Tech support recommended I take out the battery between uses. I'd call that a kludgy work-around. Had to buy a second battery (Probably their goal) 2) While Plantronics brags about their DECT technology quality, I'm unimpressed for Dragon use at this price point.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

You are getting exact what is described
The device I would not considered to be remanufactured as thenbatteries hold only about 20 minutes of charge. That is in addition two the spare headset being setup for a different system and having to be reset tonfactory before it could be used. That said the device was as described. Used and including batteries which had been previously used. The kit did include all headset adapters, a spare headset, carrying case.and ear gels. Still a value after purchasing a new set of batteries. The only complaint I have is the batteries.
