      The item was open the thread all bunched up no needle .All the items got put in a large zip lock bag but not the original it came in mailing envelope a lot wrinkled up high price for this item I thought. No sorry or a apology nothing don’t think she or he won’t get my bids anymore

      Item was open as stated and shown in photos. The thread was all on thread cards or tied hanks as shown and needle was included. Not a ziplock but a protective bag to prevent moisture. Mailing bags do get wrinkled. You did NOT contact us nor did you open a return. How can an apology be made when you never contacted us. No we will not get your bids anymore.
