    This is a great product. I only take 1 pill a day. If you read up on calcium for your bones too much is actually a negative. I split the pill in half because, yes, they are large. At one point many years ago I used a pill crusher and took them with unsweetened applesauce. I get a lot of calcium by eating a lot of yogurt and using almond milk in my cereal and plant based protein drinks.

    Not worth the money . . .

    While this product may help increase my daily calcium and Vitamin D intake, it constipates me, despite the fact that I increased my daily fiber consumption and am even taking metamucil. I would not recommend this product :(
