My best guess is that these are from sandblasting the stainless steel finish or possibly from machining. I'm assuming they aren't a big deal. Instructions, warranty information and attachment parts are included. Good price for this piece matched up with one of their slip-ons to go with OEM headers and cat.

    Just fine

    Except for the fact that these two trim pieces of metal are 99 bucks a set, they're just fine. If one of them falls off again it'll be goodbye ol' yeller for that schtein though.
