The package was late due to carrier’s mistake (not the seller’s) and Peggy kept me updated all throughout, and being proactive and offering resolutions before a problem even occurs. When the package was finally delivered, it was very well packaged! She even put the purse in a silk like dust bag, stuffed the inside of the purse so it will keep its shape throughout shipping! I feel like I ordered from a high end store! It is also as described and reasonably priced!
