He apologized, explained, and offered me another slightly different CPU. I declined the offer and this seller sent me a refund right away. This seller did what he could and backed up his sale.     These guys are great! There was an issue or two that wasn't mentioned in the listing, however, they went above and beyond to remedy it - even 3 day shipping a new part over! Absolutely fantastic service considering you're buying scratch n dent items. The packaging from Skytech is ridiculousy thorough and I suspect this could have survived a fall out of a passing airplane. Great value and great sellers. If you see a deal from them don't hestitate: GET IT!
