    The Best Dessert Cookbook I Have Bought In 40 Years!

    Ms. Tosi is an absolute pastry genius. Her confections are absolutely mouth watering, compelling and FUN! The book is written with a wry wit, even though she is uncompromising in her insistence on not cutting any corners to make her recipes easier for a home cook. If you're looking for shortcuts, you won't find any here. She tells you how it's done at Milk Bar... and that's it. If you're not comfortable with exacting recipes, you probably shouldn't be attempting to bake Milk Bar desserts. Be brave, Little Buckaroos, because the results are pure heaven on a plate! (Or in a bowl or out of hand!)
