    Excellent phone

    Very happy with this phone. Can easily get 3 plus days on a charge. Easy to use, touch screen is very sensitive which I love and the processor is very fast. Good price for this phone would definitely recommend.

    Underwhelmed

    My understanding was the S21 Ultra phone was like new quality or from a restocked opened box. However, the back panels on the phone had hairline cracks. The screen display periodically gets distorted when scrolling in various apps and internet browsers. I could overlook these two issues. Unfortunately, the battery life is significantly less than my 4 year old S10 which is extremely annoying. The phone does not last a day without needing a charge. I use power saving mode and this still does not allow for a full day use. This is phone is not "like new" as described in the listing.

    Good exterior. Battery life is bad-gets hot and doesn't last.

    The exterior did have a couple little scratch nicks here n there but it wasn't enough to put me off. Everything seems to be working fine so far, though the battery life is absolutely bad. Does not last at all and I barely use the phone beyond a few texts or a call. Also gets hot while charging so I only charge to 81%, not even 85 or 100. And STILL doesn't last more than a couple hours before needing to charge again. So this may or may not become an issue within a few weeks? Unsure. It did ship quickly and I have a video opening the package.

    This Galaxy is a keeper!

    My new Galaxy S21 Ultra is my first Samsung handset. I have to say that it is brilliant! The phone performance is a big improvement over my previous handset, and I finally am getting 5G is some spots. The cameras are amazing, the apps all respond so quickly, and even the lock screen is gorgeous. The colors and the animation are so eye-catching, I will not change it. I hope to be enjoying this one for a long time. The build quality seems to be top-notch, and the battery went five days for me, before I charged it for the second time.
