    Well worth $14.00 ...

    Bought these to rehab after surgery as I didn't want to do it at the gym ... They do exactly what a set of 14 dollar dumbbell handles should , and like all spin on standard weight bars they loosen up constantly but hey like I said they were 14 bucks and free shipping so how can I complain !! Worth it ....

    Mehh...

    Be advised CAP makes two black versions of their Adjustable handles. These are the cheaper ones with plastic collars which don't spin as smoothly as steel collars and the handles themselves are lighter. They do work as intended just cheaper quality than some others.
