All clad stainless
My wife loves these cookware! Just follow the directions on not over heating the pan and making sure the pan is at temp before putting food in. A little oil or butter and food is very manageable to cook! Yes some foods do stick a little but not bad. The cooking surface is very durable and not fragile as non stick pans. We now use metal spatula and other metal utensil. And also using steel wool makes them clean and shinny again. And if there are stains. We use Barkeepers powder cleaner.
