    Good Value Faucet for Rental Unit

    We replaced our old Franke kitchen faucet with this one. It's fast and easy to install, it looks good and functions very well. Moving from water stream to water sprayer is easy with a simple push of a button on the handle. Although this product is priced extremely well for a Franke faucet, I was disappointed, however, that most of the base and spray head feels like it is constructed of durable plastic. Our old Franke faucet was all metal and had maintained its finish very well. This one feels just a bit cheap (but in fairness, it is priced really cheap too, so ....). We installed it in our rental unit and so the price and the function is perfect for its intended use. But I had expected the Franke faucet to be of slightly higher quality. We'll see how well it functions over time. I ...

    The plumbers just finished installing the new faucet and it,so working just fine. It,so replacing our old franke faucet which lasted 20 years. We had the insert on it replaced twice, but we can’t get another insert so we had to buy this new one. We hope that it will last a good long time
