While I understand the condition was listed as used and mentions were made about the unit moving sometimes, I do believe that it's ability to move is non-existant. Some wheels rotate, but I would consider this basically unusable. The seller also stated they cannot find the cards prior to shipment, which was fine.. but I wish I took the offer in hindsight
