    The sweater smells heavily of smoke and it would have been helpful to price it accordingly. I washed it several times by hand and it still smells strong.     This is a sad example of a buyer attempting to get $$ back by tarnishing my 20+ year reputation as a 100% Ebay seller. The buyer has NEVER directly contacted me concerning this made-up issue to get discount. The 100% wool sweater was stored in a non-smoking home. Wet wool has its own distinct odor which the buyer may have confused. That said, this buyer should have reached out to me first before trying to extort money from me.
