The parts were all loose in the shipping box, which was also damaged. Some of the parts were missing altogether. The mower is for very small yards. I have a lot of .15 acres with large flower beds and gardens. The mower cannot complete the mowing on a single charge. I like WORX tools and this mower has a decent cut to it, but it takes a bit of extra time due to the small size/charge.

The hedge trimmer received was in brand new condition and the best price of all the competition. I contacted their customer service regarding a battery issue and they send me a new one within 2 days.
