These are high quality although they come with a conventional key rather than a high security type of key. One arrived with a cosmetic flaw on the inside doorknob. I asked the seller or suggestions to correct it. Seller responded with massive overkill by sending me a complete new unit. Very much appreciated and very much impressed with the great customer service. Thank you
