    Item sent untracked international mail. This mailing method not mentioned in listing. Item ordered May 7th, it’s now July 1st. Contacted seller, no response and item not covered by eBay guarantee. So I spent money with no product and no recourse for an unreceived item.

    "Contacted seller". You have given little more than a few hours to respond. Opening cases in the middle of the night and then jumping immediately to feedback is unhinged. There is a time difference between Australia and the USA, when your issue sounds like it's with ebay policies.
