Battery New....but been on shelf a long time.
The battery came to me un charged. I had to charge it. My main problem is that it does not hold a charge as long as I hoped it too. My original battery and the last one I ordered both held a charge when new for 30+ hours. This one is holding a charge less than 24 hours - which is the same as the battery I am replacing!
