They apologize and fixed the issue with what had happened. There will always be mistakes made when humans are involved. They shipped one box right away and after I inquired a week later they other box shipped from another location on day8 after the purchase. That's not expedited shipping. Run around on a refund but we finally got it. Ruined a trip we planned with our sponsors to MOAB as we were waiting on this purchase to finish our build, cost us $
