The 3 inch thick box it came in was thin cardboard, kinda smooshed and the only protection was the air tube case that covered the entire unit in one piece, that was actually kinda cool. The laptop is in perfect condition but very scary when I was opening it. The Monitor is best described as "Like New" in condition, and appearance. For a gaming monitor the quality of it along with the price made it a very good buy. The best part was turning it on.
