    Falsly advertised a keyboard saying it was fully functional, and then assured it was; but it was the complete opposite! When confronted, said he'd already spent the money, and won't take it back! Also, the packing was horrible! Used NO packing materials, and this vintage keyboard was FULLY exposed! So, the exterior got damaged as well! But he took no responsibility for that either, and is not willing to take the item back.
