    Love it!

    I love this product! i take it every night. I have a hard time sleeping through out the night without waking up several times. This helps relax me and get a restful nights sleep. It also helps with bloating. No complaints at all with this stuff. I will continue for as long as I can. No effects in the morning and no grogginess the next day. All natural.

    Good to sleep well

    My wife asked me if I feel Im losing my appetite. I told her not really. She asked me if it’s burning fat. I told her I don’t think so. But hey, it’s great as a sleeping aid. I feel rested and fall asleep quickly. Now I’m just gonna shop for a less expensive sleeping pill and give up on the fat burning miracle pill.

    Ok

    I am prone to feeling sick to my stomach when taking dieting supplements because most of them have cayenne pepper. This product does not. So I did not feel sick which I really appreciated and liked. I did notice this is best taken about 20-30 minutes before bed and after at least a few hours after you eat. If you keep to a schedule, you may see results. I am going to keep going with this because I do feel it will provide results IF I can keep to a regime.

    Not bad

    Your body does get adjusted to it but it did make me feel tired and helped me sleep for the first 2 weeks... Fat burner??? Undecided on that one, I've kept my diet the same and since I do lift maybe that's why I can't tell a noticeable difference especially on the scale... The reason I bought the product was for the rest aid since I take my preworkout in the even and it did that....
