      Expect about 30% that need to be torn apart and reglued. Pic shows how far off they are. You also have to trim both ends because the flap is a lot bigger than the hole. It you slam it hard enough it might go in without bending the box. Another defect is a weak spot about 2 inches up on one side. Very soft and some have the soft spot going up the entire side. If you can look past all that then the boxes are great for the price. Seller said I needed practice, stopped talking after I sent pic LOL

      As I replied to you, I thinks it is within a manufacturing tolarance and the tab is not too large, just a firm tap on the side make the locking perfect. Like I mentioned, our new workers sometime needs little bit of karate chop practices to make the process smooth. once they are trained and yellow belted, all goes well. LOL thanks for your input

      Boxes arrived in perfect condition, great value for the price. The slit for inserting the tab in the side of the box is too narrow requiring brute force to get it through but overall I am happy with them.
