    Horrible...don’t buy this lockable gas cap

    I had this gas cap a few weeks and by the time I had to put gas a third time I couldn’t unlock the cap with the key anymore. I had different people at the gas station all try to help me unlock the cap and knowone succeeded. Finally AAA service came to break off the cap for me so that I could put gas in the car. Horrible experience and such a waste of money. The cap isn’t good quality...Thank goodness though or it would have been harder to break off.

    Lightweight with great features

    This was a replacement cap for my 2004 Aztek. It is a bit smaller in diameter than the original cap, so it's actually easier to "reach in and grab it". The keys work as advertised, push it, 1/4 turn left, pull out, then unscrew cap. Very easy, and secure!

    Awesome price

    Before I got this new gas locking cap I had the Evap code on my engine computer a massive air flow of the gas fumes was escaping from outta gas tank, I guess cause of the gas cap mist could not keep it from escaping out. I hope this new one solves the problem and I hope to not see the code pop up on the Engine Computer anymore when I put the diagnostic tool scanner onto the computer port.

    Love my Chevy.

    Got the dreaded P0440 Evap generac could be anything code. (Of coarse a week before getting a smog check before re-regestration ). Changed the cap with this Locking cap, after 200 feet the check engine light went off and passed smog no problems. Not bad for a 20 year old 225k mile 4.3 S10. Donnie happy
