    D-day fun with one's son

    My 7 yr old has become a big fan of axis and allies games because he loves history! We have played several axis and allies games- but he has found D-Day extremely entertaining. It is easy to learn the rules and a complete game can be done in a leisurely afternoon. Ideal for a father and son to play.

    I've been an Avalon Hill fan since the 60's. This is the 3rd. addition in my collection of Axis & Allies board games. I think this one, "D-Day," might just become my favorite. I had the original and this new non-hexagon version will be quite enjoyable at seeing how I might change or repeat history. Axis & Allies: Guadalcanal will also take up a lot of my time.
