It works with my batteries
Not a big fan of this Cordless saw plastic Guide 6 1/2 inch blade I ended up purchasing a Dewalt 7 1/4 60 V cordless skill saw instead this sawPretty much just sits In a box with my other cordless Bosch tools It’s the only Bosch tool that I do not use anymore but it does work and if you don’t want to spend a lot of money and you already have the batteries then I recommend it but if your contractor like me who does a lot of cutting I recommend the Dewalt 7 1:4 60vVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Why have a cord!
I was cautious about a cordless circular saw. I have used worm drives since 1978, Love em. So now when it comes time to do some minor cutting or ripping, I pull out the cordless 6 1/2" saw and go to work. I use this for kitchen installs, mostly for filler rips and end panels. Only beef is depth adjustment is tight to battery. How good is it? have not pulled worm drive out in 3 months. Have not used on framing stock for rafters etc., so can't give you the skinny on that. Needs the big battery
