However, when shipment arrived, I discovered damage on 35 of the 90 boxes. The Seller claimed damages were depicted in pictures posted. However, only 6 were pictured with damage & 1 came without box. Yes, we agreed on a fair offer & decent shipping terms but high rate of damage is difficult to swallow. The damaged were reported in description, messages, and in photos. No I did not photo every item as this was a bulk lot. He claims he purchased 90 but he actually purchased 108 ornaments at a deep discount (I took off 25 dollars) I offered him a FULL refund with FREE SHIPPING but he wanted to keep the items. He wanted to keep the items and make a stink so he could have them for free. Very dishonest and self motivated. He paid 80 cents per ornament and still wanted them free.
