Not “BRAND NEW” as stated.
Luckily it works. But it is definitely used. Scratches, a crack on the power supply adapter, dust from sitting on a shelf. A “brand new” item would have none of this.

Not happy
I received this unit and the minute I opened it up, it looked like a reconditioned unit, not a new one, as I own one. I wanted to get this same unit for my son because he likes the sound of mine, but I bought mine brand new several years ago. The power button did not work after I plugged it in. At least you sent me a return label.....not like another company I ordered one from and it also quit working after two days. Please do not try to sell a refurbished or reconditioned unit as NEW!
