There was a mix up and they sent 1 battery and not 2 of them, however at the end of the day the seller made it right and was very courteous and apologetic about the mix up. I can't ask for any better than that. 2. The batteries were exactly as described in the ad. Again, I can't ask for any better than that. Shipping was good and the seller communicated very well with me.
