The OS does list the battery as “unknown,” and not a genuine Apple part, but so far that hasn’t proven to be an issue with operating it in a day-to-day manner. Although I’d be less enthused about purchasing it had these issues been brought to light in the listing, I’m happy with my purchase - good value!

Overall packaging was nice, setup was painless, and I was happy to pay a bit extra for this seller in order to have peace of mind.
