Appearance is not "Excellent" since there were cosmetic issues: 2 dents on the bottom and a scratch on the top. There was an ugly circle sticker covering the lenses that left gunky residue on them and a poorly aligned and applied screen protector. Came with a SIM eject pin and a very basic adapter. Phone runs hot from day one, hopefully not a defect. Everything works so overall happy for the price.
