    I purchased the item which stated “brand new.” Upon arrival, it had rips in it and had a distinct drink/cup ring on the back. I contacted the seller immediately and requested I return the item for a refund as it wasn’t as described (like new). A week went by…the seller did not respond. I have sent a second message in hopes of obtaining a response before I call eBay to step in. I would not purchase from this seller merely on the lack of communication and the inaccurate description of product.
