    This was a terrible experience overall. I paid and immediately asked seller to ship asap because our dishwasher was broken. Seller took 4 days to ship. I msg seller several times and it would take 3 days for each reply. Item took almost 2 weeks to arrive! I opened it to install and found it was just wrapped in a little bit of newspaper and the pump we had been waiting for was broken. Poor customer service, poor packaging, terrible ship time and a big waste of time. Buyer be aware!
