    Wow! I thought that I was buying the first generation weed trimmer and received what I believe to be the second generation. I previously owned the first generation and this one is superior. For the price compared to 2nd generation trimmer elsewhere this was a steal! I believe it is refurbished and you cannot even tell. It was packed it the original box and instructions, shoulder strap and trimmer string where included. I would rate this excellent refurbished quality. The appearance is new.

    Interestingly, the trimmer I saw (and got) was the ST80L01 "Gen 2" string trimmer, which is superior to the ST80L00 model now offered by this seller. The difference is in the trigger control -- the "Gen 2" version offers much better speed control. The original ST80L00 model has a clunky safety interlock and a weird delay in the trigger speed control. I would have rated the "Gen 2" model 5 stars, except that they made the string guard housing much bigger than Gen 1. It's bigger than necessary!

    Originally, I was sent the wrong item - a hedge trimmer rather than a string trimmer. I notified the seller, and they quickly responded to correct the issue and send what I ordered. Easy mistake, the packaging looked very similar to the item I order. They took full responsibility, and I've already received the correct item. Great customer service!

    Powerful,quiet,easier to use with small,2.0 battery.4.0 battery is to heavy. Compare to gas powered commercial ones,I think Greenworks it is much better. I love it.

    Good product for the money

    Good product and trims well I'm not fond of how the string feeds in the unit. My other 80v pro trimmer is much easier to replace the string
