    The items were what was in the photo. Quality seems good. The condition says new in package. Either they are not new, new and no package or were taken out of the package for shipping. Looking at the suction cups they are old but I don't need the suction cups for what I will be using them for. I think to make up for this they sent an extra one. Great communication with seller.
