However, the built-in battery was dead. This meter can be AC- or battery-powered, but had no owner's manual with it - so not knowing how to test the built-in battery is forgivable. Seller's communications were prompt, polite, and clear, and we quickly worked out a mutually satisfactory solution. Great Seller!

    Best punch tool made.

    I have used a harris dracon punch down tool for a long time. I have tried other brand punch tools, but was never satisfied with the quality. Harris dracon makes a quality tool.
