    Good machine for the value with great features.

    Easy right out of box to use. Literally took few minutes to figure out for first time embroidery machine user. Printing multiple colors on a single head machine is easy to to, quick change of threads possible. It did come with single 5x7 loop. Would recommend getting additional loops as I did. It is a very fast machine, seems sturdy and accurate. So far no complaints, good purchase, would recommend to anyone interested. For production, maybe you may need multi head machines so as not to change threads constantly. But this machine is good for hobby as well as professional work.

    Amazing features, great fun

    I love this machine. I have had so much fun playing with it. It's a lot to learn, but not difficult. I had my first practice design made within a few minutes. The manual is helpful and it's really fun to set a design and watch it go. Beautiful results.

    Great machine, easy to use.

    This is a new brand of embroidery machine for me but I absolutely love it. It is easier to use the hooping feature than my previous machine. And once I learned how to use the program that I purchased I have enjoyed using it.

    Excellent machine

    This machine is easy to use but you definitely have to read the manual BEFORE using it. There are some Do’s and Don’ts that must be followed. Other than that, the designs it produces are amazing and it is capable of doing so much. I’m a beginner but I’ve watched tons of videos about this machine and the positive written reviews are correct. I purchased this as a Black Friday special and that increased its value in my eyes. If you’re contemplating this machine...just buy it. You won’t regret it.

    Great little beginner machine!

    I was hesitant about getting this model embroidery machine because I have been embroidering on a high quality machine. But since the machine I owned finally broke down beyond my repair capacities, I needed a newer model. I did weeks of research on the various makes and models and wanted to get a machine one or two levels above the quality of this machine but it was not in the budget. So I purchased this machine and I can say it is a good starter machine. It embroiders nicely and the touch screen is responsive. The on-board resizing doesn't allow for more than 3 different sizes. But it did read my USB just fine. Also, there are no options to halt or change colors once the design is loaded, so you must take care of that with digitizer software before you load the design.
