I contacted the seller and explained what USPS said and they quickly refunded the original purchase. Second item arrived 1 day earlier than expected. VERY PLEASED with this seller. What I got appears to be a cheap version of what was advertised to me. It makes be doubt the seller very much. It should work for what I need, so I’m going to keep it. However, if it breaks after a few pulls I’m going to be very upset.
