    Listed item as “or best offer”, but would only come down $1 on the price. I was put off by that. Also was listed as new when in reality, the packaging came pretty beat up inside the shipping box. (not done during shipping and handling)

    When I sell an item for $20 and Ebay takes $4-5 dollars off the top and then I pay for shipping material, such as bubble wrap, boxes and envelopes there is not much left to work with when you have the cost of the item figured in. I end up making a $1-2 on the item. You could have counter offered as that is an option but it is true I may not have been able to help with that. As far as the item I packed it myself and it was in great condition so not sure what you are talking about. I am sorry
