No sooner has Darth Vader's funeral pyre burned to ashes on Endor than the Alliance intercepts a call for help from a far-flung Imperial outpost.     Truce at Bakura by Kathleen M. Tyers

    I bought this book because I love Star Wars and read every Star Wars book I can get my hands on. This book was very enjoyable. It was an early sequel and included Luke and Leia. It was about events that evolved after the death of Palpatine and took place on the far away planet of Bakura. If you love Star Wars, don't miss this one.

    Excellent!!!

    I loved the book becuse it tells more about the story of how Luke and Leia grow in the Force and how the other characters grow in their abilities to benefit the Skywalker. I love that it is a hard cover and has large font lettler to read.

    The Truce at Bakura by Kathleen M. Tyers (1994)

    I loved this book. It tells the ongoing story of Luke, Leia, Hans Solo and the Rebel Alliance and Imperial Forces. It comes after Darth Vader's death.

    Star Wars Galaxy VS Evil Energy Stealing Lizards!

    Star Wars: The Truce at Bakura The Star Wars at Bakura is a hardcover book that was released in December of 1993 by Bantam Spectra books. It was written by Kathy Tyers. This book takes place right after the Battle of Endor. The rebels intercept an imperial probe/distress beacon asking for help from the imperial outer rim planet of Bakura. Once the rebel's decode the message for Palpatine they learn that the planet is under seige from a reptilian race call the Ssi-Ruuk. The book sets the tone on how the rebellion has to show up and interact with the empire now that Palpatine is dead. At first the Bakura planet's governor is happy for any help. However, deals and sabotage start as they try to turn over the rebel heroes to the Ssi-Ruuk! The book is not bad. It plays with some ideas ...
