I think the only thing about mine which made it refurbished is that the F11 and F12 keys are unable, which is entirely unimportant to me. Only complaint I would have is that the battery can sometimes run out too quickly for me, but at the very least, that's by the hours and not the minutes ( like I typically have to recharged it 3 times a day ). Overly amazingly cheap for what I got, Grandma was surprised and pleased about my experience.
