My recommendation to potential buyers is to ask for more photos detailing the item. Seller offered to allow return and stated funds were lost from the sale in lieu of offering any compensation to get it fixed. I'm keeping the bag but now I'm out more money to have the darn thing fixed. **Buyers: Ask for detailed photos!**
